As a former project manager for well-known advertising agencies, Mirjam wanted to pursue her desire for more creative freedom and independence. Her focus on pleasure led her to Paris. There she trained as a chef at the well-known culinary school "Le Cordon Bleu". Afterwards, she worked in various renowned restaurants abroad and was able to apply her learned craft. In 2019 she founded her own company focusing on catering, events and cooking workshops. Cooking is and remains her passion.
She finds inspiration while traveling and working directly with producers.
