In its standard configuration (U-shaped tables), the conference room seats 20 people. With different layouts, more people can be seated at the tables, and the tables can also be removed from the room upon request. This allows for seating up to 40 people in a theater-style arrangement.

Welches Büromaterial steht im Sitzungszimmer zur Verfügung?

In addition to the flip chart and whiteboards with markers, the conference room is equipped with a projector, several extension cords, and power strips. We’d be happy to provide additional materials if possible. Simply leave a note to that effect when you make your reservation.

Yes, there is an elevator in the building where the conference room is located.

That's no problem. We can set up the conference room to suit your needs for an additional fee of CHF 60 per person per hour. Of course, you're also welcome to do this yourself, as long as you return the room to its original condition when you're done.

Accessibility

The conference room is accessible via an elevator, but the restroom inside are not wheelchair-accessible. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available at the Kulturareal Mühle Tiefenbrunnen. For events attended by people with limited mobility, we therefore ask that you register in advance so that we can ensure smooth access.
